How the calculator works

Pricing a service: your rate is the provider's rate plus your markup. A provider rate of $1.50 per 1,000 with a 50% markup gives you $2.25 per 1,000, so an order of 1,000 earns you $0.75. The margin is that profit as a share of what the customer pays (here, 33%).

Monthly profit: refunds and partial orders come off your sales first. What is left was bought from providers at your average markup, so the provider cost is that amount divided by one plus the markup. Then payment fees (on everything customers paid), your panel software and your other costs come off.

What markup should an SMM panel use?

Most panels add between 30% and 100% to the provider's rate. Popular services such as Instagram likes and TikTok views are competitive, so their markups are lower; specialised or high-quality services allow more. Whatever you choose, keep it automatic: provider rates change often, and a markup set months ago can quietly turn into a loss. Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate the profit on an SMM panel order?

Take what the customer pays and subtract what the provider charges you for the same quantity. With a provider rate of $1.50 per 1,000 and your rate of $2.25, an order of 1,000 earns $0.75 before payment fees.

What is a good markup for an SMM panel?

Most panels add 30% to 100% on top of the provider rate. Competitive services sit at the lower end; specialised and high-quality services allow more.

What is the difference between markup and margin?

Markup is added on top of your cost (50% on $1.50 makes $2.25). Margin is your profit as a share of the selling price ($0.75 of $2.25 is 33%). The same profit always shows a higher markup than margin.

Which costs do new panel owners forget?

Payment gateway fees, refunds on partial orders, refills on services that drop, and the monthly cost of the panel software or server. The monthly calculator includes all of them.
